The Steering Committee (SC) is harmonizing and coordinating the methodological framework of the WGs, Training Schools (TS), Research Workshops (RW), Interactive Seminars for Stakeholders (ISS), Forum for Young Researchers (FYR), Special Training Sessions (STS), Café Scientific (CS), International Conferences (IC) and Short Term Scientific Missions (STSM). The SC will review the work programme of the WGs. The SC will be responsible for carrying out monitoring and evaluation of the objectives.

Audrone is professor in sociology and communication science at Kaunas University of Technology, research group “Civil Society and Sustainability”. She gives lectures and conducts research on environmental behavior and attitudes, social perceptions of climate change, environmental and technological risk perceptions, risk communication, sustainable development and welfare studies. In 2019 Telesiene has been elected as chair of research network on ‘Environment and Society’ in European Sociological Association. Dr Lihong HUANG (NO)
Lihong Huang is a research professor of Youth Research Unit at NOVA – Norwegian Social Research, Oslo Metropolitan University. She holds an M.A. degree in Education (1996), an M.Phil. and a Ph.D. degree in international education (2005) from Stockholm University, Sweden. She has extensive research experiences on youth, their attitudes, behaviours, educational achievement and mental health. Her current work includes 1) several ongoing research collaborations with China, Denmark, Poland and Sweden, 2) teaching quantitative research methods in classes of master students at teacher education department of HiOA, 3) supervising master students at M.Phil programme of comparative and international education at University of Oslo, 4) the current national research coordinator of implementing in Norway the International Civic and Citizenship Education Study (ICCS 2016).

Daphne is a senior lecturer in the Department of Environmental Studies and Agriculture at Beit Berl College. She has a M.Sc. degree in ecology and Ph.D. degree in environmental science. Her current research interests are in environmental and sustainability education (formal and non-formal) and environmental literacy and citizenship. She led the accreditation of Beit Berl as a “green Campus” and is co-founder of the Annual National Conference on Environmental Education.
